Relaxed and comfortable is the hut "Rauher Busch", which is named after the 300 year old beech tree nearby. Located directly at the Hochsauerland campground and the ticket office "Remmeswiese" you can get delicious hut specialties and drinks - no matter if you take a break from skiing or just drop by for a piece of cake.

Opening hours

Our ski hut is open for you during the winter months from 9:00 to 18:00.
By the way, food and drinks are available on a self-service basis.

Cosy coziness in a cottage

The Rauher Busch, that's Gemütlichkeit times two. While the front part of our hut is bright and modern, the back part, the so-called stable, is rustic. Here a fireplace and a Bullerjan oven will warm you up after a day in the ski lift carousel Winterberg.

If you want to end your skiing day in peace or need a break from the hustle and bustle on the ski slopes, the Rauhen Busch is just the place for you - we look forward to seeing you!

Sometimes hearty, sometimes sweet - always homemade

For the small and big appetite our kitchen duo Werner & Bernd conjures up a selection of homemade cakes and hearty classics such as bratwurst, schnitzel and stews in addition to changing daily dishes.

Add a hot chocolate with cream or a spicy mulled wine and you'll be fine all over again.
